Overview
All products are made to order with a print-on-demand company, which means all products are only produced once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size or color or changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
Returns
Please get in touch with our team by email at betty@bubblesofdream.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Once your photos are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photos and evidence. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation / Edit an Order
Customers have 24 hrs upon purchase to cancel or edit an order free of charge.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at betty@bubblesofdream.com.
